Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All orders are carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged before shipment. 

Processing times may vary during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. In observance of the Bible Sabbath, orders are not processed or shipped from Friday sunset through Saturday sunset.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available, so you can follow your package’s journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction and safety are important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the affected product.
